First Time Home buyer Seminar

Many potential homeowners are intimidated because they feel the home buying process is complex. One way to minimize the fear of the home buying process is to provide clear and consistent information and high quality guidance for buying a home. The objective of this course is to help answer the many questions you have regarding the home buying process.

The Seminar will cover these topics:

- Current Real Estate Market - should I buy or rent
- Benefits of owning a home
- How much you can afford
- Understanding, establishing, and improving credit
- Process to obtain a mortgage
- Getting Pre Approved
- Affordable housing/low down payment loans

The Seminar will be held in the John D. O’Bryant African American Institute (Room 116/118) at Northeastern University from 6-8pm.
