Open Luncheon Meeting of the Paralegal Section

Policy Endorsements

This seminar on Policy Endorsements, which will be led by guest speaker James S. Jurgens, Senior Title Counsel at CATIC, will review and discuss some of the common endorsements requested for residential and commercial transactions, when the same are applicable, and the requirements for issuing the same.  While there has been an explosion in the number of endorsements now available promulgated by the American Land Title Association (ALTA), those frequently requested is a shorter list.  Please join us as we discuss some of these.

To ensure that all topics are addressed during the discussion, prior to the seminar, please submit any questions to Jim Jurgens at jjurgens@catic.com or Jackie Waters Adams at jwatersadams@gbllaw.com.

This luncheon, which is open to all REBA members and members of the Massachusetts Paralegal Association, will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2017 in the Presidents Conference Room at REBA, 295 Devonshire Street, Sixth Floor, in Boston.
