Subject Matter:  Digital Assets- From photos on your smartphone to documents on the cloud, we will discuss this emerging topic and the different monetary and sentimental values that arise when trying to deal with these types of assets in the legal arena.

Speaker:  Colin M. Korzec

Speaker bio:  COLIN M. KORZEC is managing director and estate settlement national executive at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management in Boston. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bankers Association Executive Council and is chair of the Massachusetts Bankers Association Trust Counsel Section.  He is an advisory board member of the Boston Bar Association, past chair of the American Bankers Association Trust School Advisory Board, a past advisory board member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, and a current member of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education estate planning and administration curriculum advisory committee. Mr. Korzec is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and Northeastern University.
