Social Media In and Outside the Workplace

Please join REBA’s Paralegal Section and the Massachusetts Paralegal Association (MPA) for an open webcast program at 12 noon on Thursday, November 19th.

Our guest speaker is Joseph M. Cacace, a senior litigation associate at Todd & Weld LLP in Boston.

Joe served as a faculty member at this year’s Annual Paralegal Conference at MCLE, where he was given strong praise for his presentation on social media, by paralegals working in all areas of the law.   He will discuss the many types of social medias it is used for discovery in civil litigation, as well as social media in employment law disputes. He will also share some examples of ethical violations in the misuse of social media, and much more.

This webcast program, which is open to all REBA members, will be broadcast from 12 to 1:30 pm on Thursday, November 19, 2020.  There will be no in-person attendance.
