* Massachusetts' decision to "Re-Open" and how it impacts the workplace
* Concerns employees have regarding returning to the workplace, including vaccination, childcare and transportation changes
* Company incentives to return
* Options companies are offering for a hybrid workplace
* Are some completely remote and do not expect to return to a workplace.
