Please join REBA’s Paralegal Section for a webinar at 12 noon on Wednesday, July 7th. Allison West Dalton of Harmon Law Offices, P.C. will present.
The last year has seen several developments in law and policy related to residential foreclosures. Practitioners have faced a number of challenges as a result of the state and federal moratoria that were adopted in response to the COVID-19 crisis. Please join us as we discuss those developments, as well as the focal points of the foreclosure process.
