Join the REBA Women’s Networking Group for a virtual networking event at 5:30-7:30 pm on Thursday, November 4, 2021, where we will discuss diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). We know that understanding DEI and bias is essential in today’s world. We will explore how bias plays out in business and professional life, and how to move toward equity.
Our guest speaker will be Tissa Hami, founder and principal of Korsi Consulting, and well-known as DEI consultant. Tissa educates clients in varied industries by providing direction in developing and maintaining fairness at the workplace, and assisting with DEI understanding, expectations, and requirements. Her mission is to build inclusive workplaces, where all employees are respected, treated fairly and thrive. Tissa is a former investment banker, who also gained notoriety as a stand-up comedian.
During our event, we will also hear from Seta Nersessian and Greg Jundanian, co-founders of Three Squares New England, who will discuss the goals of this charity, including the great problem of food waste and related issues, and their mission to end hunger.
This event is open to all REBA members, as well as other lawyers and real estate professionals who may enjoy meeting other women in our professional community and becoming a part of our growing network.
