REBA Paralegal Section Webinar on February 16th
Deeds 101
Please join REBA’s Paralegal Section for a webinar at 12 noon on Wednesday, February 16th. Lisa Delaney of Carvin & Delaney LLC and Tucker Dulong will present.
The panelists will discuss deed preparation and various grantor/grantee entity requirements, types of deeds, ways of holding title with others and their definitions. They will further speak about means of acquiring title, life estates, and various types of grantors and grantees. Lisa and Tucker will also review the most frequent mistakes found in deeds, including those which cause title issues, those that are minor, and those which are cured with time.
This webcast program, open to all REBA members and members of Massachusetts Paralegal Association, is from 12 to 1 pm on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. There will be no in-person attendance.
