Powers of attorney come into play in nearly every title examination and real estate transaction.  Join us for a discussion about the mechanics and requirements for powers of attorney and documents executed under them.

This webcast program, open to all REBA members, is from 12 to 1 pm on Monday, April 11, 2022.  There will be no in-person attendance.
