The REBA Paralegal Section will host a webinar at 12 noon on Tuesday, July 19th.  Please join Robert K. Hopkins and Nicholas P. Shapiro, both shareholders at Phillips & Angley, for this informative and lively panel discussion.

The presenters will discuss the ins and outs, best practices, pitfalls, as well as overall tactics and strategies, when litigating claims for adverse possession or prescriptive easement. This program will provide paralegals and practitioners with a foundational overview to prepare for and succeed in litigating these claims.

This webcast program, open to all REBA and MPA members, is from 12 to 1 pm on Tuesday, July 19, 2022.  There will be no in-person attendance.
