Understanding Restrictive Covenants

Please join the REBA Paralegal and New Lawyers Sections for a webinar at 12 noon on Friday, January 20th.  New Lawyers Section Co-chair Robert K. Hopkins of Phillips & Angley and Michael E. Powers of CATIC will present.

Our speakers will provide an overview of restrictive covenants, discussing their types, time limitations, enforceability and legality. They will also offer examples of challenges to restrictions, including title claims and litigation.

This webcast program, open to all REBA members, is from 12 to 1 pm on Friday, January 20, 2023. MPA members are welcome too.
