Handling Divorce in the Chain of Title

Please join REBA’s Paralegal Section for a webinar at 12 noon on Tuesday, March 28th. Tiffany M. Bentley of Burns & Levinson LLP, and Jutta R. Deeney of Stewart Title Guaranty Company, will present.

Join us for a session featuring both a practicing divorce lawyer and a title lawyer discussing some common, and not-so-common, issues when dealing with titles held by divorcing or divorced couples. The panelists will also discuss Supplemental Probate and Family Court Rule 411, the impact of tenancy when a divorce is finalized, homestead rights, and much more.
