Speaker Bio: 

Pamela Casey O'Brien is the Register of Probate for the Essex Division of the Probate and Family Court. She was first elected as the Register in 1996 and is currently serving her fourth term. Before being elected Register Casey O'Brien practiced law in a general practice with her father and brother. Register Casey O'Brien received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Boston University and her Juris Doctorate Degree from New England Law/ Boston.
