Antoinette J. Gondella has been senior underwriting counsel at First American since 2019. Prior to joining the Massachusetts Underwriting team, Antoinette served as a conveyancing attorney and agent for First American, where she gained expertise in title certification, condominium creation and conversions, purchase, and sales review, drafting trust agreements, probate preparation and relevant entity formations.
Annelle E. Benson, is currently senior underwriting counsel who joined First American in 2020. Prior to joining the Massachusetts Underwriting team, Annelle was a conveyancing attorney for over 20 years and was an agent for First American. In private practice Annelle gained expertise in land development, condominium law, residential conveyancing, corporate transfers, and probate matters.
